Born from a thirst for adventure, Banh Vi’s menu inspired by owner Harry & Jessica’s journey across South East Asia. The street food vendors and cafes of Thailand & Vietnam awakened their senses and began to set the scene for this exciting kitchen.


Based on a simple philosophy of harmony to create umami – Salty, sweet, sour & spicy notes are pushed to the limits, putting their own plant based spin on Asian ‘street’ food classics.


Their slogan ‘In plants we trust’ will ring a familiar ear as you tuck into some of the best Banh Mi & Pho you’ve ever eaten, vegan or otherwise.

For all those who wanted meat, you’ve now got it! Try the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich with buttermilk brined, double fried thigh, spicy, sweet sticky Korean glaze, sesame pickled cucumber, crisp slaw and gochujang mayo. Served on a brioche bun. Or fancy bread-free? Go for the crispy chopped chicken with all the sauces!
