Born from a thirst for adventure, Banh Vi’s menu inspired by owner Harry & Jessica’s journey across South East Asia. The street food vendors and cafes of Thailand & Vietnam awakened their senses and began to set the scene for this exciting kitchen.
KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN BANH MI
Buttermilk brined, double fried thigh, spicy, sweet sticky Korean
glaze, sesame pickled cucumber, crisp slaw and gochujang mayo. Served in a classic baguette.
