Since 1963, this iconic venue has seen countless people walk through our doors, creating memories watching their favourite artists, comedians and performers. The one thing that all of the New Century family and you have in common is our love for live entertainment, so we have come up with a way to reward you for attending shows of the music you love! This is not your normal loyalty scheme. All you have to do is attend shows, and we’ll handle the rest!
When purchasing through DICE, you will automatically be on your way to receiving rewards – we’ll be in touch to let you know when you’ve earned a prize!
We have created a tiered system centred around our loyal gig-goers, rewarding you for watching our shows and adding a little bit of love into the entertainment industry.
HOW IT WORKS
Much like the gig season, we’ve split our year into quarters. You can earn rewards throughout each quarter by attending events when buying tickets through DICE. Our rewards system is cumulative, meaning your rewards only get better with the more shows you attend.

- Tier one – (3 events) – Enjoy some free drinks on us!
- Tier Two – (6 events) – One Free Merch Item.
- Tier Three – (9 events) – A night at New Century for two: a little wine and dine on us!
- Tier Four – (12 events) – The triple whammy for you and a guest: guestlist to an event of your choosing, dinner, and drinks
on us.

This loyalty programme is exclusive to tickets purchased through DICE. Please note that this loyalty programme only applies to our paid ticketed events at New Century Hall. When purchasing through DICE you are automatically entered into our loyalty program. This means that you will receive a notification by one of the New Century Team if you are able to redeem one of our prizes. You are only able to gain rewards on events that you have attended, and your ticket has been scanned. This offer does not apply to multiple tickets per show. Rewards are tracked cumulatively throughout January-January period. On the 1st of January each year, all previous rewards will be wiped from your account so that you are able to start redeeming rewards for the next year. Once you hit the criteria for a particular reward, you will be contacted by one of our team detailing how to redeem your reward. Merchandise rewards are limited to a value of £25, at the next event you attend. Please note that guestlist prizes may be dependent on ticket sales at the time of request. Guestlist tickets are subject to availability. Sold out events will be unavailable to reward winners.
