Created by Carl Fraenki-Rietti , who has over 20 years culinary experience in both Michelin star restaurants and street food operations in the UK and Italy. Wild Ply Pizza is Wild by flavour and Wild by nature. Collaborating with the inspirational people at Wildfarmed* , Carl has combined their biodynamic , nutritious and natural flour to create a 24 hour slow proved dough that has smoky and earthy overtones . The dough is made daily on the premises , hand stretched and cooked in the oven at 500 degrees for 90 seconds to seal in all the beautiful flavours and create a light and crispy crust.
