Collaborating with the inspirational people at Wildfarmed* , Carl has combined their biodynamic , nutritious and natural flour to create a 24 hour slow proved dough that has smoky and earthy overtones . The dough is made daily on the premises , hand stretched and cooked in the oven at 500 degrees for 90 seconds to seal in all the beautiful flavours and create a light and crispy crust.
